You choose your location set up - forest or lawn

​We offer one basic package for a max of 120 guests, and a smaller package for max 50 guests.

Venue is also available for engagement or wedding shoots.

What's Included

Venue Spaces​

  • Forest: shady space under Douglas firs

  • Woodland lawn: partially shaded lawn (large enough for 30'x50' marquis) 

  • ​Covered 24'x24' building (for catering or covered dining)

  • Garden area for wedding photos

  • Sequoia Grove for small and intimate ceremonies

 

Other amenities

  • Ceremony arch (round- wire)

  • Tables and chairs for ceremony and dinner, including delivery and set up

  • Access to electrical and water for catering

  • Several sets of patio furniture for comfy seating

  • Washroom rental service

  • Designated smoking area 

  • Parking (field)

  • Event venue insurance

Services

  • 3 planning meetings on location with Venue Coordinator

  • Venue Coordinator on site during set-up, day-of, take down​

​

What's Not Included

  • Rental and set up of marquis/ tent, if desired

  • Rental and set up of tableware, glassware, linens & table deco

  • Hiring of caterer/bartender, liquor license, insurance

  • ​Hiring of DJ & sound system

  • Extra floral arrangements

  • Day of Event Coordinator, highly recommended

  • Subject to noise restriction bylaws

  • Upcharge for providing linens, glassware, table centerpieces
