We have 3 wedding /party packages available. Stand alone photo shoot sessions are also available.

What's Included

Rental window

  • 3 days -Sat through Sunday for set up and take down

​​

Venue Spaces​

  • Forest: shady space under Douglas firs

  • Woodland lawn: partially shaded lawn (large enough for 30'x50' marquis) 

  • ​Covered 24'x24' building (for catering or covered dining for 48 guests)

  • Garden area for wedding photos

  • Sequoia Grove for small and intimate ceremonies

  • Most of the areas are grassy/lawn and relatively flat

 

Other amenities included

  • Ceremony arch (round- wire)

  • Tables and chairs for ceremony and dinner, including delivery and set up (and moving chairs from ceremony to dining)

  • Several sets of patio furniture for comfy seating

  • Washroom rental service​​

  • Designated smoking area 

  • Parking (field)

  • Access to electrical plugs for catering

  • Event venue insurance

Services

  • Free tour of venue 

  • Up to 3 planning meetings on location with Venue Coordinator 

  • Venue Coordinator on site during set-up (evening before), day-of, take down​

What's Not Included

  • Hiring of caterer/bartender, food truck, liquor license, your event insurance 

  • Rental and set up of tableware, glassware, linens & table deco

  • ​Hiring of DJ & sound system and dance floor

  • Extra floral arrangements

  • Rental and set up of additional marquis/ tent, if desired

  • Day of Event Coordinator, highly recommended

  • Subject to noise restriction bylaws

  • Upcharge for providing linens, glassware, table centerpieces, including pickup and set up. 

  • Option to upgrade seating to mahogany chairs

This package is offered for those who would really prefer to customize their event, and have the resources to manage all the details themselves. Or they would just like a venue for a ceremony and casual gathering.

​

The rental window is one day only.

It includes use of the venue spaces mentioned above, including parking. 

​

There is a mandatory washroom rental requirement based on number of guests, and mandatory event insurance. 

​

All other amenities and features are optional and entirely your responsibility (catering, furniture & rentals, etc).
