Why are we opening this venue?

This location is a private residence with expansive garden overlooking a farm valley and Cobble Hill Mountain. The idea was inspired by comments from visitors and guests over the years who have appreciated the beautiful view onto one of the original farming areas of the Cowichan Valley. It is also fortunate to have heritage landscaping with old and special trees- sequoias, Blue Atlas Cedars, heritage apple and hazelnuts. It is a unique space with a unique history.
